Arsenal have successfully managed the first part of securing the Brazilian attacker as Willian agrees three-year deal on £100,000 per week.
This news comes days after the Chelsea star rejected Frank Lampard’s appeals to stay at Stamford Bridge as he crosses London to join rivals on free transfer.

The 31-year old was locked in talks over contract renewal at Chelsea, but chose to move on after Chelsea reportedly refused to offer him a long-term deal, as he had demanded them.

Kia Joorbchian, Willian’s representative, acknowledged that five clubs were competing in the race for the Brazilian signature. Two of the interested parties were Premier League clubs with Merseyside’s Everton being one of them.
Willian has won several titles at the Stamford Bridge including two league titles, the FA cup, the EFL Cup and the Europa League.
Last season alone, 2019/20, Willian made 47 appearances, which he scored 11 goals and provided 9 assists.

The former Anzhi Makhachkala wide midfielder will be once again playing in a European competition next season after Arsenal won the FA Cup.
